Guarantee:
Our products are handmade by artists and craftsmen in the countries named. All the tapestry, old or antique objects are unique. For old or antique objects the time of origin is assumed and cannot be guaranteed. Should old/ antique objects show marks of being used or damages, we will point it out in the confirmation. Being handmade it may happen that there are little differences in measurements or in the photo shown. For statements or depictions which can be proved to be unclear, we naturally will take back the products.
Prices:
The prices stated include value added tax ( at the moment 16% )
Shipping costs:
We will let you know the shipping costs after receiving your order by confirmation. They depend on weight or size of the products and can therefore differ. You can cancel the order within 3 days.
Delivery:
Delivery is made through Deutsche Post AG or through a courier service.
Terms of payment:
Within Germany payment is made by COD or Visa and Eurocard(Mastercard) or payment in advance (Eurocheque or bank transfer). From other countries payment is accepted by Visacard and Mastercard or in advance by bank transfer or by Eurocheque. Please see our confirmation for our bank details.
Partial deliveries:
If on the order nothing to the contrary is stated, we may decide to carry out complete or partial deliveries.
Refusal or acceptance:
If delivery of our goods is refused without good reason, we will charge the resulting costs to you. Our rights to the fulfillment of the contract will remain.
Retain title:
Delivered goods remain property of Orient Lights until all payments are made.
Exchange:
These articles cannot be exchanged or taken back. Exceptions see under `complaints`.
Complaints:
Complaints must reach us within 3 working days after the order has been received. If we are responsible for any errors we will offer replacement or a credit note.
Reservation:
Our offer is without engagement. Delivery is subject to availability, error and prior sale.
